The architectural design is a culmination of the existing character and modern functional features as well as aesthetic elements to provide an exciting envelope to light and roomy interior spaces.

The building, with the limited amount of space available, had to contain all necessary environmental as well as safety features. This called for close integration and co-ordination of the services to provide maximum use of usable space.
