What We Offer

The Basic Package

Helping you design your building. This is for clients who prefer to work with the contractor themselves. This includes:

Site Appraisal.
Feasibility study (If required).
Measured Survey.
Scheme Design based on a design brief.
Planning Application – acting as your agents throughout the project.
Building Regulation drawings and application for approval.
Schedule of works (If required - A breakdown of what the contractor needs to price the work).

Intermediate Package

Helping you design your building and overseeing the contractor on site. For the client who prefers to choose their own internal fixtures and fittings. This includes:

Site Appraisal.
Feasibility study (If required).
Measured Survey.
Scheme Design based on a design brief.
Planning Application – acting as your agents throughout the project.
Building Regulation drawings and application for approval.
Schedule of works.
Invitation to Tender and Tender analysis.
Project management – overseeing the contractors on site to ensure work standards and specifications are met.
Completion Certificate – following up the project usually 6 months after completion to ensure any subsequent defects are corrected.

The Full Package

This includes all of the intermediate package but also includes design and styling of interior finishes and fittings, as well as purchasing and ordering fittings and fixtures on behalf of the client.

Interior Design Services

We offer Interior Design services either as part of our architectural services ( see above) or as a separate service. Included in this service is kitchen and bathroom design. Our projects have included classical design ( see Refurbishment of listed building) but we also enjoy working on modern designs and the chance to use the latest materials and ideas.

Any of the above packages can be tailored to your needs.

Fees

We recognise that you are looking for value for money and by tailoring our services to your needs we put you in control of the costs.

The scope and intricacy of the design will determine the fees but we offer an excellent service for a competitive price.
